Name your record
A short label, such as “Damaged desk lamp.”
Choose your next step
A personal reminder in your summary. No notification is scheduled; this is not a legal deadline.
Saved events 0 events
Your events will appear here, oldest first.
Your timeline summary
The summary updates from your saved events and next steps. Use Edit beside an event to change it.
Add your first event to start the summary. Events are sorted by date, even if you enter them out of order.
Your details stay in this page. They are not sent to AI or saved by this tool. Download a copy before refreshing or leaving. The tool does not send messages, store evidence, or contact anyone for you.
A record you can pick up next week
You should not have to reconstruct the whole story every time someone asks for it. Add one event for each meaningful purchase, call, message, reply, or promise. The summary puts them in date order; events on the same day keep the order you added them.
Write down what happened and where the supporting record lives. “Agent said a return label would arrive by Friday” is more useful than “They were unhelpful again.” If you are unsure of a detail, say so. Keep remembered wording separate from exact quotations.
Keep the originals alongside the timeline
This is a working summary, not a replacement for receipts, messages, or documents. It does not upload attachments. Use the record-reference field for a filename, email subject, or folder name you can find again.
Download or print the summary before leaving. Put the copy with the records it refers to, then set any reminder yourself. The follow-up date records your plan; it does not schedule a notification or calculate a deadline.
Make the next step specific
“Check the email thread on Friday, then ask about the promised return label” gives you something to do. “Resolve this” does not. Keep open questions separate from promises already made, and update the record when an answer arrives.
