The Short Version

We take a privacy-first approach to everything we build. Most CyberScryb tools run entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your machine. Our AI-powered tools require server-side processing, but we never store your content.

Client-Side Tools (Data Never Leaves Your Browser)

The following tools run 100% client-side using JavaScript in your browser. No data is uploaded to any server:

For these tools: your passwords, JSON data, text, and all other inputs are never transmitted over the network.

AI-Powered Tools (Secure Server-Side Processing)

The following tools use server-side AI processing to deliver their functionality:

Anti-AI Humanizer — Your text is sent via encrypted HTTPS to our backend, processed using a third-party AI API, and the result is returned to your browser.
Gig Auto-Pilot — Your input is sent via encrypted HTTPS to our backend, processed using a third-party AI API, and the result is returned to your browser.

For these tools:

Your content is never stored, logged, or used for AI model training
All data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS
No account or personal information is required
Processing is transient — data exists only for the duration of the request

Data We Don't Collect

We do not use cookies for tracking (only for newsletter dismissal preferences)
We do not sell or share any user data
We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal information through our tools

If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address in our secure database (Firebase/Firestore) for the sole purpose of sending you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never share your email with third parties.

Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies:

cs_subscribed — Remembers if you've subscribed to the newsletter (to avoid showing the signup prompt)
cs_popup_dismissed — Remembers if you've dismissed the newsletter popup (expires after 7 days)
Google Analytics — GA4 may set cookies for analytics purposes. See below.
Google AdSense — May set cookies to serve relevant ads. See Google's advertising policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, general geographic regions, and device types. GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information through our configuration. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Third-Party Services

Google Fonts — We load fonts (Inter, Orbitron) from Google Fonts. Google's font privacy policy applies.
Firebase Hosting — Our site is hosted on Google Firebase. Firebase may log standard web server access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL requested).
Third-Party AI APIs — Our AI-powered tools use third-party AI services for text processing. Your content is processed transiently and is not stored by us or used for model training.

Children's Privacy

CyberScryb is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
